Physical Appearance: Skiploom is a small round green Pokemon with a yellow flower on his head. It has a large, happy smile and small red eyes that are a bit creepy if stared at for too long. He has long, floppy ears that help him float around and a short tail. His four short legs aren't very good for walking on but he doesn't usually touch the ground anyway.
Personality: Skiploom is a very happy and friendly Pokemon. Behind his cute and innocent appearence is a nelfarious and mischeivous pokemon. He is a kleptomaniac, which means he is a compulsive theif. Skiploom's size and ability to float around silently makes him an ideal spy and theif. He's unpredictable for enemies and his own allies. He might be friendly goofy one minute and then try to shoot you with Bullet Seed the next.
History: Skiploom hatched from a pink and green egg in the Johto Region as a Hoppip. Hoppip was a playful child and was very nice to everyone, but he did have a bit of a problem. He was a compulsive theif. Eventually stealing became an obsession of Hoppip's. After stealing a master ball from Proffesor Elm Hoppip evolved into his current form, Skiploom. His stealthy techniques made him a perfect recruit for Team Rocket. Eventually he moved on from Team Rocket to the Villian's army.

Sample Post: Skiploom was floating around the outskirts of the enemy camp, seing what useful goodies are he could take off the hero's hands. Then he saw it. A shining sword sitting on a table threw a rip in a tent. There was a soldier sitting at the table, reading a book. Skiploom smiled and flew around to the entrance. Then he entered silently and landed right on the soldiers head. The soldier jumped up and tried to knock Skiploom off his head. Skiploom laughed. "You can't see me! Lalalalala." The soldier grabbed the sword and swung it towards Skiploom. Skiploom jumped up and dodged the sword. The soldier's arm keeps going and he almost decapitates himself. As the soldier recovers from the shock of almost dying, Skiploom snatches the sword from his hand and flies out exit, giggling to himself.
