Physical Appearance: Waluigi is thinner than thin. Really, he's practically a scarecrow. His limbs are long and thin, and his body is thin, though shorter than his limbs. He has a long, hooked, red nose, a black mustache which bends up in a right angle on both ends, and blue rings of bags beneath his eyes. His chin is well-pronounced on his thin face as well. He wears a purple cap and shirt with black overalls. He also wears white gloves and orange elf shoes. An upside-down, yellod 'L' can be found in a white frame on his cap and on the back of his gloves. His hair is light brown and cut a little shaggy. His ears are pointed like an elf's as well. He is usually seen with something in his hands, whether it be a bomb-omb, a tennis racket, a baseball, or one of his dangerous plants.

Personality: Waluigi is an overconfident, headstrong, vicious-tempered, and easily irritable man. He likes it when he wins, and he believes in using any means to win, even cheating. However, when he loses, he accuses everyone else of cheating. He has a love of sports, from racing to soccer. He also seems to have a close connection to dangerous plants. Be careful, he might seen like a dimwit and a goofball to begin with, but he's even taken out Bowser with a few kicks, not to mention that he's an explosives and poison expert. He seems to have a soft spot for Princess Daisy and roses, and he's easy to get along with as long as you don't make him angry. He hates Luigi with a passion, though. He is also prone to referring to himself in the third person. His love for roses may come from a slight womanizing tendency he's developed, and he doesn't reserve his womanizing to Daisy.
History: Unlike Mario, Luigi, and Wario, Waluigi wasn't born in the Mushroom Kingdom. Rather, he was a local of Sarasaland. He actually grew up knowing Princess Daisy pretty well, the two often playing sports together. Though he didn't really do anything when Tatanga kidnapped Daisy, though he rues that Mario was the one who got to be the hero.
He and Diasy weren't officially introduced to the gang until they were invited to some big party that Peach was throwing to save some Millenium star or whatever. Waluigi even trampled over Bowser in this party, even if he did lose in the end.
After the initial party, Waluigi joined the gang in all sorts of sports and parties. He began developing a hateful rivalry with Luigi, when Daisy seemed to be showing the green runt more attention.
More than anything, Waluigi joined the war in order to stomp out the Mario Bros. and their goody-two-shoesness once and for all.
Rank in the army: Low. He's rarely seen as more than comic relief.
