Infiltration? More like 'Initiation'....

[claire]

Claire was very interested in seeing Katara waterbend. Her eyes watched with amazement, never seeing anything like it before. Much better than time-travel. "That was amazing, Katara." she said, a smile widening on her face. You can't just learn it. You have to be born a waterbender. were the next words Claire heard. Time-travel, you didn't have to be a born time-traveler, that was probably impossible anyways, but you could certainly learn how to use it. Of course, Claire hated it, but she wouldn't mention anything to Katara, not yet.

"Are there many waterbenders? Any other things that can be bended?" Claire was interested in bending, although this was probably not new for Katara.

[Katara]

Celeste was very interested in bending, it seemed. Katara couldn't help but smile a little.

"There are lots of waterbenders. Most of them live in the Northern and Southern Water Tribe but there are a couple that live in a swamp in the Earth Kingdom." Katara answered picking up her bag again "And All four elements can be bended. Water, earth, fire and air but only the Avatar can bend all four."

[claire]

"Ah, that's interesting. I guess it's not rare for you to meet a bender then, huh?" Claire said, a warm smile on her face. If Claire thought hard about it, she was a bender too. She bended the flow of time. She bended her life. She bended Hershel's life as well, time-traveling. She wished she had never went to the future in the first place, yet, if she didn't, she may not be at the war speaking with Katara.

[Lucky]

Lucky blinked listening "Bender?" He wondered exactly what that meant, besides bending objects and all.

[claire]

Where did that little dog come from? More importantly, how could he talk? It really didn't matter to Claire, he was just there. "The benders can use water, fire, earth and air." she told him, figuring that was what benders did. "I don't think we've met you yet. I'm Celeste, Celeste Foley. What's your name, little dog?" Claire looked at Lucky, wondering if he would tell her his name or not. She had wondered if he overheard her telling Link she was coming her or had just wandered over here for no reason.

[Lucky]

Lucky turned to Claire "I'm Lucky" he said to her, tail wagging.

[claire]

"Well, Lucky, I guess it's nice to meet you then." Claire said, a smile on her face. Though she was worried about her sanity, or if the time machine somehow gave her the ability to speak to animals, it was nice to talk to someone without thinking of Hershel, or their unwound future together. Our just the future altogether. She was fated to die, yes, but that didn't mean she wasn't helping as a medic or meet some new people.

[lance]

Lance was walking around, surveying the camp, when he saw a some people talking.

"Hello. My name is Lance."

[claire]

"Huh?" Claire asked as she looked up from the dog to look at Lance. He didn't seem injured in any way, shape or form, then again neither did Lucky. Perhaps just wandering the camp? "Oh, hello Lance. I'm Celeste." Claire seemed to say her fake name so much she herself believed that was her name. Celeste.

[Katara]

"And I'm Katara." Katara said with a smile. She had never really seen a creature like Lucky before, he reminded her vaguely of a Poler Dog-Wolf except he was smaller and had spots. She really felt as if she were in a completely different univers. Suddenly the South Pole seemed so drastically different to this world and Katara wasn't sure she could keep up with all the new creatures and people.

[claire]

Claire looked over at Katara. Seeing how benders didn't exist in Claire's world, other things probably didn't exist either. Like, puppies, or seals, or time-travel. Time-travel wasn't one you wouldn't see often anyways, but the idea could've been new to Katara. "So, Katara, is there anything in your world that you haven't seen here?" Claire asked.

[Katara]

Katara nodded "Lots." she said "I don't think I could say just how many things are so...different."

It was true. She could hardly believe how many things were so drastically different to the life she knew. For one thing, there were no benders, second the creatures were all strange and the people were differenet too. Not in a bad way but it would take some gettin used to.

[claire]

It was that way with Claire as well. Creatures could talk, there was a dragon apparently, and the people here were very different. But then again, Claire was quite different to most of these people as well. "It's the same with me, Katara. I've never once met an animal that could talk to me." Claire said, glancing at Lucky, then looking back at Katara.

[lance]

"One of my associates Professor Oak put a good word in for me, so now I one of the recruits for the Heros. I just thought it would be a good idea to make a few rounds and check out what kind of people we have on our side." Lance begins studying the other heros closely, like he was trying to determine if they were worthy for battle.

He smiles and says, "I'm impressed." He looks a Katara. "You seem particularly powerful. Did you say your name is Katara? That is a beutiful name. And it has the sound of a warrior."

[Lucky]

Lucky looked over at lance. "Wow wonder who he is?" he said to himself, tail wagging
